We’re so excited to send these gently loved pieces to their next home. Please review our shipping policies below.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Because our shop consists of one-of-a-kind resale items, orders cannot be changed once they are placed.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Typical shipping rates range between $5–$10 for most orders.

We currently ship within the United States only.


Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • United States Postal Service

  • UPS

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Mama + Mini Resale is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damaged shipments.

If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Mama + Mini Resale is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
